    If your desire is to have a flat wrist position at the top of your backswing to keep your clubface square, this product will give you the feedback that you are looking for!

    Not as good as Rick Smith's Dynamic Swing Glove3
    This is an OK practice glove to wear in order to learn how to avoid cupping or bowing your wrist. However, the plastic removable insert is a little too prominent for me. I have also used the Dynamic Swing Glove as a practice aid, and it feels much better. It uses a two piece hinged thin metal insert instead of the one piece plastic. If you can find the Dynamic Swing Glove in your size, start with that. It's a little pricier, but worth it.

    As a non pro golfer. I have tried a few things to help improve my game. And this is my second smart glove. When my first one worn out. I thought I didn't need another one but I did. It is the Best Glove.
    Give it a try it worked for me.
